These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) apply specifically to memberships offered by The Colored Soul. By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Membership
The Colored Soul offers paid membership plans that provide access to exclusive digital resources and other benefits described on the Membership page and applicable pricing plan.
Membership benefits may include coloring pages, worksheets, journal prompts, grounding exercises, meditations, affirmations, bundles, digital workbooks, and other resources.
Membership benefits may vary by membership tier and may change over time.
2. Monthly Membership Content
Membership content is released on a monthly basis. Content available through the Member Downloads page may change when a new month's content is released.
The specific number, type, or subject matter of monthly resources is not guaranteed unless specifically stated as part of the applicable membership plan.
The Colored Soul reserves the right to update, replace, modify, or discontinue individual resources or membership benefits.
3. Membership Tiers
Each membership tier provides the benefits described on the applicable pricing plan.
Higher tiers may include benefits from lower tiers.
Upgrading a membership does not automatically provide access to higher-tier content that was released before the upgrade. Higher-tier benefits become available according to the effective date of the upgrade.
Downgrading a membership may result in the loss of access to benefits available only through the previous higher tier.
4. Membership Access
Membership content is available only to members with an active and qualifying membership.
Members are responsible for maintaining their account information and payment information.
Membership access is intended for the individual who purchased the membership.
Account credentials and membership access may not be shared with others.
The Colored Soul may suspend or terminate membership access if there is unauthorized account sharing, redistribution of membership content, fraudulent activity, or other substantial violation of these Membership Terms.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time through the available account or subscription management options.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
Members retain eligible membership access until the end of their paid billing period.
After the membership ends, access to membership-exclusive content and benefits will no longer be available.
6. Payments and Refunds
Membership fees are charged according to the pricing and billing schedule displayed at the time of purchase.
Because membership provides access to digital content, membership payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated by The Colored Soul.
If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
7. Personal Use
Membership content is provided for the member's personal, non-commercial use.
Members may download and print materials for their own personal use.
Membership content may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, uploaded to file-sharing services, used commercially, or incorporated into another product, service, course, or business without prior written permission from The Colored Soul.
8. Intellectual Property
All membership content, including written materials, illustrations, coloring pages, worksheets, journal prompts, designs, and other original resources, remains the intellectual property of The Colored Soul unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a membership or downloading content does not transfer ownership or copyright to the member.
9. Wellness Disclaimer
Membership resources are provided for educational, creative, reflective, and personal wellness purposes.
The content is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for professional services.
10. Changes to Membership Terms
The Colored Soul may update these Membership Terms as the membership program develops. Members will be notified of significant changes when appropriate.
Continued use of membership services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Other Website Policies
These Membership Terms apply specifically to the membership program. The Colored Soul's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to members' use of the website and services where applicable.
By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
12. Digital Download Rules
Membership downloads are provided for the personal use of the member who purchased the membership. Members may download and print materials for their own personal use.
Downloaded materials may not be resold, redistributed, shared with others, uploaded to public or file-sharing websites, used in another commercial product or service, or modified and distributed as a new resource without written permission from The Colored Soul.
Members are responsible for saving their downloaded files if they wish to retain them for personal use. The Colored Soul does not guarantee continued access to previously available files after a membership ends or content is replaced.
13. Privacy
The Colored Soul respects your privacy. Information collected through membership registration, payment, account management, and use of the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Membership information may be used to process payments, manage your membership, provide access to membership benefits, communicate important membership information, and maintain website security and functionality.
